Returns & Exchanges

At Demonia Cult, we want you to be fully satisfied with your alternative footwear; if your items don't fit your style or size, you may return them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all returns must include the original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Demonia branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
